Say Bye-Bye To Bad Hair Days Now!

5 ways to fix it!

Every cloud has a silver lining. Use your bad hair days to get creative with different hairstyles! If that doesn’t work, you can always resort to these foolproof solutions to tame that messy mane.

1) The messy braid

Yes, it’s that simple. Pull your hair together in a loose braid and the strands that fall out can pass off as part of the look. Paired with the right clothes (think casual but cute), no one will be able to tell that you nearly broke down looking at the mirror in the morning.

2) Two words: dry shampoo

This is a lifesaver, especially if punctuality isn’t your strongest suit. All you have to do is spray, blend, brush and voila- no more bad hair day. But remember not to use dry shampoo on a daily basis, you don’t want to end up clogging your follicles! The recommended usage is once a week between hair washes.

3) The bun

This is a classic. Tie your hair up and pretend like it’s not even there. The best part is that there’s a bun for everyone- topknots, side buns, braided buns, ballerina buns, bouffant buns. You just have to find your style and work it.

4) Serum and blow-dry

If you don’t have a dry shampoo, this is a pretty effective alternative. Apply a little bit of serum and then use a blow-dryer while brushing your hair. This should give it that fresh just-washed look.

5) Cautionary curls

Prevention is better than cure. If you know there’s a chance you won’t have the time to work your usual magic with a curling iron in the morning, do it the previous night itself. You can also tie your hair into multiple braids at night, this will leave you with a wavy bounce in the morning. Something’s better than nothing, right?
