‘Saamy Square’ First-Look Will Blow Your Mind!

Vikram and Keerthy Suresh pair up!

Saamy Square‘s motion poster is out and is currently one of the top trending topics on social media. The first-look features Vikram’s character – tough cop Aarusaamy – making a comeback.

The motion poster, with the ‘Gayatri Mantra’ in the background, features the statue of Aarusaamy sitting on a milestone that has New Delhi written on the back and Thirunalveli in the front. The statue comes to life, disintegrating till Chiyaan Vikram emerges giving his fierce look, pointing his gun at space.

The film features the actor’s return to the character after 15 years. While the original released in 2003 and featured Trisha as the female lead, this film features Keerthy Suresh. Directed by Hari, the film has mostly been shot in Chennai, Karaikudi, Delhi, Mussoorie and Nepal.

With music by Devi Sri Prasad, a lot is expected in the music department too. Produced by Shibu Thameens, the film’s trailer will be out on May 26.

Vikram, who was last seen in Sketch, has Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram in the pipeline. Keerthy Suresh, who was last seen in the recently released Mahanati/Nadigaiyar Thilagam, has Sandakozhi 2 and Thalapathy 62. She will also make an announcement with respects to a new project soon.

Saamy Square‘s other cast members include Bobby Simha as the antagonist, comedian Soori, Prabhu, John Vijay, Ishwarya and others.
