Nayanthara who was part of 6 films this year including Babu Bangaram, Iru Mugan, Kasshmora and Puthiya Niyamam is already working on four films that will release next year. Dora, a horror-thriller film will see Nayan take the solo route and is expected to hit the screens first. On her birthday, November 18th, two other films released their first looks, Aramm where Nayanthara will play a district collector and Kolaiyuthir Kalam, produced by ace music director, Yuvan Shankar Raja.
An interesting scoop is that, Imaikaa Nodigal directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu will be portraying Nayanthara in an interesting avatar. She is sharing screen space with Atharvaa and plays the actor’s sister. In addition to this, Nayanthara will also be playing a mother of a 4 year old son. This is the second time Nayanthara will be playing a mother in Kollywood, with her first being Doraa.
Looks like the leading lady does not mind being a mother in films as long as it’s a solid role.
