No Bake Dessert- Rocky Road

Crunchy chocolate bites with the goodness of nuts and gooey marshmallow!


500gm chocolate chips
250 gm white chocolate chips
Assorted nuts
Colourful candy(Gems, M&M’s)

How To Make 

  1. In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate chips.
  2. Once it melts, add some of the nuts and marshmallow and mix.
  3. Take a flat bottom dish and line it with a layer of aluminum foil.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan and add the remaining nuts, marshmallows and white chocolate chips. Sprinkle some colorful candy on top.
  5. Refrigerate for an hour to set.
  6. Once set, remove the foil & break the slab into pieces with a rolling pin.
  7. Your rocky road is ready to eat.
