‘Velai Illa Pattadhari 2’ team released the trailer yesterday and the impressive dialogues and the old background score brought back all the memories of the first sequence and we are already eager to watch.

Velai Illa Pattadhari, released in 2014 was one of Dhanush’s best movies.

The unemployed engineer avatar of Dhanush was loved by everyone. By the end of 2016, it was announced that there will be a VIP 2 coming up. This comedy-drama film is directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth.

 

The movie was shot both in Tamil and Telugu and will be featuring Bollywood beauty Kajol after nearly two decades since her last Tamil movie.

Kajol will be seen along with a few of the original VIP cast members like Dhanush, Amala Paul, Samuthirakani and Saranya Ponnvannan.

The music is scored by Sean Roldan and the movie has been produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films Banner and Kaipuli S. Thanu V Creations.

Dhanush is currently shooting for ‘Vada Chennai’ and his next with Gautham Menon is also in the post production process.
