Disha Patani spoke about Sundar.C’s Sangamithra and that she did not replace Sruti Haasan for the movie. She also told that the Shruti has accomplished a lot and is more established than her.

It is said that Sruti Haasan had been training for the movie for a long time. However, she did not receive a proper bound script and calendar, she missed the movie. The actress is currently busy with Sabash Naidu and Behen Hogi Teri. Sangamithra, Directed by Sundar.C is an epic historical drama movie.
