Anant Ambani’s weight loss has been widely talked about and he has been appreciated for his hardwork and determination. Everyone is talking about him losing a whopping 108 kgs in just 18 months. Of course if that’s a natural weight loss he has worked really hard to achieve it. However, everyone is wondering who is the trainer behind his magical weight loss. We just found out it’s Vinod Channa, who is one of the most popular celebrity trainers of the country and has trained John Abraham too. Here’s what his team posted on Facebook:

He has lost a staggering 108 kilos in less than 18 months. As he was determined to lose weight in the most natural and safest way possible, he followed a strict diet and exercised for five-six hours every day. His daily ‪#‎exercise‬ regimen included a 21-km ‪#‎walk‬, followed by ‪#‎yoga‬, weight training, functional training and low to high-intensity ‪#‎cardio‬ exercises. He stuck to a zero-sugar, low-carb diet along with adequate ‪#‎fats‬ and ‪#‎proteins‬.
