The 21st Century technology has improved so much that babies these days eat their meal only if the watch ‘Dora-The Explorer’ live. From babies to businessmen, phones and tabs are ruling the globe. We, as a part of this generation, are so into cell phones for good and bad reasons. Good reasons because we stay informed about a lot of current affairs; and bad because those current affairs could turn out to be rumors and we’d tend to believe them.

Nearly one in 10 schoolchildren use the first mobile phone by the time they are two, a study suggests. On average, children are given a handset at the age of 11 but nearly one in 10 uses a phone at less than half this age. Many parents have reported that their children(aged 11-14) are obsessed with their smartphone. The mobile phone has to be beside these children at all times, day and night, in case a call or text message comes in. One of the negative effects may be that a child’s self-worth may depend on the number of phone calls and text messages they receive.
