Actress Sneha will be sporting a lean look in Sivakarthikeyan’s big budget action entertainer ‘Velaikkaran’, which is being directed by Mohan Raja of ‘Thani Oruvan’ fame. The artiste, who is back in the industry after giving birth to a baby in 2015, is shedding about 10kg for her character in the film. In the film, Sneha is said to be having more combination scenes with Fahadh Faasil than Sivakarthikeyan.

Nayanthara plays Sivakarthikeyan’s romantic interest in the film, which has a bunch of comedy actors including Sathish, RJ Balaji, Yogi Babu and Robo Shankar. Produced by RD Raja’s 24 AM Studios, Prakash Raj, Rohini, Vijay Vasanth and Thambi Ramaiah will also be seen playing pivotal roles in the film. Anirudh Ravichander takes care of songs and background score of ‘Velaikkaran’ while Ramji is in charge for visuals.

Sneha was last seen in the Telugu movie ‘S/O Sathyamurthy Allu Arjun and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Her Malayalam flick ‘The Great Father’ alongside Mammooty and Arya was a great hit and has garnered a lot of love and support from audience. While Sivakarthikeyan was last seen in the movie ‘Remo’ alongside Keerthy Suresh.
