A few weeks ago, Actor Rambha made it to the headlines after having approached the court in order to reunite with her husband. However, a few other celebrities intervened and cleared the air saying this was all false. Apparently, on Saturday, 3rd of December, Rambha approached the Family Court in order to be declared and appointed as the natural guardian of her two daughters with husband Indrakumar.

Rambha, born as Vijayalakshmi shot to fame during her time in Kollywood. The actress then married Indrakumar, a civil engineer and post her marriage, she moved to Canada to live with her husband. According to the petition filed by actor Rambha, Indrakumar was married earlier and then divorced, which he had hid from her. She also alleged that she faced severe torture from her in-laws as she gave birth to a daughter. Rambha also claimed that her husband often inquired about the details of the property she owned and also forced her to transfer them to his name.

Rambha’s petition also states that she was forced to stay away from her children, a fact which she did not take lightly as she moved to a Canadian court to be reunited with her family. The couple started living together after the Supreme court’s order in Canada, after which their second child was born. However, the actor suffered more after the birth of her younger daughter. Rambha earlier filed a petition on October 25th, wherein she pleaded to be reunited with her family. However, since her husband has deserted her without a valid reason, she has been forced to file for another petition claiming custodial rights to her children.
