Coffee Liqueur 2
Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups water
- 4 cups brown sugar
- ½ cup instant coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bottle (750mL) Vodka
Method
- Heat water in a saucepan and melt sugar and coffee in it.
- Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes and then remove from heat. Let it cool completely.
- Add vanilla and vodka.
- Transfer into bottles and store in the refrigerator.
