Ingredients

•  3 ½ cups water
• 4 cups brown sugar
• ½ cup instant coffee
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 bottle (750mL) Vodka

Method

1. Heat water in a saucepan and melt sugar and coffee in it.
2. Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes and then remove from heat. Let it cool completely.  
3. Add vanilla and vodka.
4. Transfer into bottles and store in the refrigerator.
