Ingredients:

1 cup Jaggery

¼ tsp Cardamom

Half  Lemon

¼ tsp Dry Ginger powder (Sukku)

Method:

  • Soak the Jaggery in two cups of water for half an hour.
  • Once the jaggery dissolves well in water, filter it well a
  • in the filtered Jaggery water add cardamom, dry ginger powder and lemon.
  • Chill it and drink
