Ingredients:
1 cup Jaggery
¼ tsp Cardamom
Half Lemon
¼ tsp Dry Ginger powder (Sukku)
Method:
- Soak the Jaggery in two cups of water for half an hour.
- Once the jaggery dissolves well in water, filter it well a
- in the filtered Jaggery water add cardamom, dry ginger powder and lemon.
- Chill it and drink
